Throughout my lengthy career in global business, which involved a lot of traveling worldwide, I had the joy of experiencing and appreciating the diverse cultures in each region. One interesting thing I noticed, regardless of nationality, gender, or age, is that everyone is looking for a simple answer – Happiness. While the meaning of happiness may differ because of things like religion, culture, stereotypes, politics, or lifestage, the common theme is the pursuit of happiness. Like many famous people who found something special in India, I too felt a deep connection to the ancient wisdom of this country. Our aim is to explore and share these insights with those who are also on the journey to find happiness in their lives.
長年、様々な国で多国籍のチームでビジネスをする中で、文化の違いや多様性がもたらす思いもかけないパワフルな相乗効果や、状況を判断するための様々な視点がある事を数知れず身を持って経験してきました。この経験を通して、一つの興味深い発見がありました。宗教、民族、性別や年齢を超えて、どの人もが様々な視点を通して見ている先にあるもの。それは、幸せであるという事。幸せの定義は、宗教や文化、先入観や政治やライフステージによって変わりますが、皆が見ているものは多幸感のある毎日。 たくさんの人がインドで人生における何か特別なものを見つけたという様々な逸話があるように、私も古代インドの智慧に深く魅了されています。我々は、世界各国から集まる専門家たちとチームでその智慧を継続して学び、文化や年代を超えたこの現代社会でどのように実現できるかを追求してまいります。古代インドの智慧は、必要とする人に必要とした時に必要な形で届けられると言われています。我々の活動が、少しでもそのお手伝いになりますように。
